How to Register your TC Electronic to Get the Full Warranty
Congratulations on buying a TC Electronic product.
Take a few minutes and register your product with TC Electronic to extend your warranty to three years at no charge.
IMPORTANT: By default, TC Electronic gives you a 1-year warranty. However, if you register your item on the website within 90 days of purchase, TC Electronic gives you a 3-year warranty. It’s free.
TIP: Everything you purchase from Sweetwater comes with our 2-year Total Confidence Coverage (TCC) warranty. However, three years for your TC Electronic product is even better than two, so please register with TC Electronic today.
Register at EmpowerTribe.com
To register, you create a user account on the website of Empower Tribe (also known as Music Tribe), the parent company of TC Electronic.
What you’ll need:
- A PDF copy, photo, or scan of your sales receipt, which you upload to the website
- The serial number off the back or bottom of the device.

Go to the TC Electronic website home page.
Scroll down to the bottom, and under “Support,” click “Product Registration.”
This will take you to the portal page for Empower Tribe’s Support site.
Indicate that you are a Customer, enter your name, and click Continue.
Next you’ll see Uli, the Product Registration Assistant. You’ll be prompted to upload your receipt or invoice, and then prompted to enter the product’s serial number.
When these are processed, you’ll see a summary of your registration details which have been read from the receipt.
Make sure that your correct, preferred email address is listed; this is where Empower Tribe will send a registration confirmation email.
If anything is incorrect, you can click I need to make changes. Follow the prompts to enter the corrected information.
When everything is satisfactory, click Looks correct, register!
You’ll get a message saying “Registration Complete.”
You’ll also be sent a Product Registration Confirmation email from customersuccess@empowertribe.com. Please retain this as you will need it if you need warranty service and support from Empower Tribe.
In the chat screen, click Check my products.
The Product Registration Assistant will list your registered products and the warranty status for each one.
