Please do this before returning an iPad or iPod Touch!
If you want to return your iPad or iPod Touch to Sweetwater, please be sure to return it to factory state. If you’re not sure how, follow the steps below:
- Back up your device if you wish to transfer your data to another iOS device.
- On your device, go to Settings > General > Reset, then tap Erase All Content and Settings. This will completely erase your device and turn off all services.
