My 002 control surface won’t control Pro Tools 11.
There is a known issue with the 002 control surface that does not allow it to control Pro Tools 11 due to incompatibility with 64-bit programs. Because of that, Avid has declared that the 002 Control Surface and Rack are not officially supported with PT 11 at this time, so we cannot guarantee that your 002 will work with PT 11.
However, Pro Tools should still recognize the 002 and the I/O can still be used. Until this is resolved, Avid suggests enabling Eucon or using another MIDI controller.
