Solid State Logic has announced two new products: the MADI-X8 and the SDI-MADI. The MADI-X8 is a flexible MADI routing system, with eight inputs and eight outputs. Features include Source Distribution for routing one source to many destinations, Device Splitting for routing any combination if input channels to any destination, and Source Aggregation for combining any combination of up to 64 inputs/input channels to a single output.
The SDI-MADI provides a means of interfacing up to four SDI inputs with MADI- and AES3-format outputs. The SDI inputs auto-sense 3G, HD, and SD standards, and have loop-through for downstream connectivity.
