Zynaptiq Software Activation Instructions
In this guide, we’ll show you how to register, download, and activate your Zynaptiq software. Follow the sections below to get started.
Create an iLok account
Zynaptiq software is licensed with iLok. That means to use it; you will need to connect its iLok license to your computer either on your hard drive or an iLok USB dongle. If you don’t already have an iLok account, you’ll need to create one and install the iLok License Manager app. Follow the steps below to get started. - Visit iLok’s registration page and complete the registration form. Take note of your User ID and password.
- Open the iLok Account Activation email and click on the verification link.
- Download and install the iLok License Manager.
- Launch the iLok License Manager app and sign in to your iLok account.
- (optional) Connect an iLok and when prompted, click Yes to register it to your account.

Register and Download the Plug-in
Once you’ve created an iLok account, the next step is to register the plug-in with Zynaptiq. Follow these steps to get it registered.
- Go to the Zynaptiq registration page and fill out the registration form.
- Check your e-mail for a message from Zynaptiq. The e-mail will include download links, as well as the Activation Code.
- If you didn’t receive the e-mail, be sure to check your spam folder.
- Download the installer. Once complete, navigate to your Downloads folder then run the installer file.
- PC: Right-click the .zip file, select Extract all…, and then click Extract. Double-click the new .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Mac: Double-click the .dmg file. In the window that appears, double-click the .pkg file and follow the on-screen.

Activate the License
The final step in the registration process is to activate the license using the Activation Code sent to you. You will need to enter the Activation Code within iLok License Manager, then transfer it to your computer either on your hard drive or an iLok USB stick. Follow these steps to complete the activation.
- Open iLok License Manager and sign in to your account.
- Navigate to the ..I button next to the search bar, then select Redeem Activation Code.
- Enter the Activation Code you received in the e-mail from Zynaptiq. Green checkmarks will indicate that the code is correct.
- Select the location where you want to activate the license to; your computer or your iLok, then click Redeem.

The estimated required monthly payment shown which excludes taxes and delivery equals the amount financed divided by the number of months in the promo period, rounded up to the next cent. During the last month(s) of the promo period the required monthly payment may be reduced due to this rounding. These payments apply only with the financing offer shown. If you make these payments by the due date each month, you should pay off this amount financed within the promo period, if it is the only balance you are paying off. If you have other balances on your account, this payment will be added to any other minimum monthly payments.
