Ginger Audio Software Activation Instructions

In this guide, we will show you how to redeem, install, and activate your new Ginger Audio software. Follow the sections below to get started.

IMPORTANT! Ginger Audio products are only compatible with Mac computers and Stream Deck!

Redeem the Software

To redeem your Ginger Audio software, you must sign in to your account page. No unique password is necessary, as Ginger Audio will send unique sign-in links whenever you need to access your account.

1. Go to the Ginger Audio sign-in page and enter your email. Ginger Audio will then send you a sign-in link to log into your account.
   • If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder!
2. On your account page, scroll to the bottom and click Use Redeem Code.
3. Copy and paste the Redeem Code you received from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer, then click Redeem.
   • This is the only time you will use this Redeem Code in the activation process!

Install and Activate

Once you have redeemed the code, you can then install and activate the software.

1. Click My Products and download it for your Mac or Stream Deck.
2. Navigate to your Downloads folder, launch the installer, and follow the on-screen prompts.
3. Once complete, launch the software, click Settings, and select Activate/De-activate License.
4. Enter your Ginger Audio account email, copy and paste the Activation Code located in your Ginger Audio account, and click Activate.
5. Enjoy your new software!
