Sound Radix Software Activation Instructions
How to use this guide
In this guide, we will show you how to redeem and install your Sound Radix software. Follow the sections below to get started.
Getting Started
Congrats on purchasing your new Sound Radix software! To begin, you’ll first need to create an account with iLok and then register with Sound Radix. If you have already made the accounts, you don’t need to make new ones. Just make sure to continue using the same accounts.
1. Create an iLok Account
Sound Radix software is licensed with an iLok. That means in order to use it, you will need to connect its iLok license to your computer via an iLok USB dongle. If you don’t already have an iLok account, you’ll need to create one and install the iLok License Manager app. Follow the steps below to get started. 1. Visit iLok’s registration page and complete the registration form. Take note of your User ID and password.
2. Open the iLok Account Activation email and click on the verification link.
3. Download and install the iLok License Manager.
4. Launch the iLok License Manager app and sign in to your iLok account.
- (optional) Connect an iLok and when prompted, click Yes to register it to your account.
2. Redeem Software
The next step towards getting your software up and running is to log in or create an account with Sound Radix. If you already have an account, use that one and do not create a new one. Your software is redeemed through your account once you are signed in. After entering your activation code and iLok information, your license will be deposited in your iLok account and your product will the be available to download in your account.
1. Log in or create an account. If you create an account, locate the new email from Sound Radix and click the provided activation link.
2. From your account, Locate the New License Activation box found in your account.
3. Enter the activation code found in the Sweetwater Software Activation Instructions email sent by your Sweetwater Sales Engineer. Then, click Redeem.
4. Enter your iLok account ID and email address and click Redeem again.
Your Sound Radix software can be redeemed through your account.
Activate and Install
To get your Sound Radix plug-ins, you need to activate your software with iLok by transfer your license from within the iLok License Manager. Once the license has been transferred, all that is left is to download and install your software. Let’s start by activating your software with iLok.
3. Activate Software with iLok
Once you have redeemed your activation code with Sound Radix, an iLok License will be deposited to your iLok account. Log in to the iLok License Manager app and move the license from your account to either the computer or a connected iLok USB dongle.
1. Sign in to the iLok License Manager and click the Available tab.
2. Locate your license and drag it to either your computer or a connected iLok USB dongle.
3. Wait for the license to transfer to complete and click OK.

4. Download and Install
Once your software is redeemed, all that is left is to download and install it. The download link is available on the same page of your account. After downloading the software and running the installer, you’re good to go! For more information to help you get started, take a look at Sound Radix’s Support Page and YouTube Channel.
1. Go to the My Downloads section of the page (shown below) and locate your new software.
2. Select the correct download version for your operating system (Windows or Mac).
3. Go to your Downloads folder and locate the installer.
4. Select and run the installer.
Download the software and run the installer to wrap up the installation process.
