DOWNLOAD THE FILES FROM MICROSOFT ONLY! Do not attempt to download a .DLL file from any other website except the official Microsoft website. If you download a .DLL file from third-party websites, it will not solve this problem and may have viruses or other malware attached.

1. Go to the official Microsoft download page.
2. Scroll down to Visual Studio 2015, 2017, and 2019 and download both vc_redist.x86.exe and vc_redist.x64.exe using the links provided.
