I submitted my academic verification request with identit-E for my Avid product, but I never received my activation code or I lost it.
If you never received an activation code from identit-E for your Avid product or you misplaced it, don’t worry. identit-E makes it easy to get your code again. Follow these steps to retrieve a lost activation code from identit-E:
- First, go to www.identit-e.com/avid and select the Contact Us tab on the left. Then, click Check Status.
- Next, click the button that says “lost codes.”
- Enter your e-mail address. identit-E will send you a link to view your information.
