Why are my Zoom Q2n recording silent in Windows Media Player?
Windows Media Player is not recommended for use with the Q2n, however, converting from MPEG to MP4 has resolved the issue for some users. Some users have had better results using Quick Time. Zoom’s support team also recommends setting the audio settings on the Q2n to 44.1k and 16bit.
