The loop that I imported from my Ditto Looper X2 doesn’t work in my DAW.

06/30/14 –

This has been addressed in firmware version 1.2. 16-bit wav and aiff files were added to the internal memory when loops are stored for wider compatibility with DAWs. You can download the latest firmware update here.

The Ditto Looper X2 saves audio files to its internal memory in 32-bit floating point. This bit depth is not supported in all DAWs such as Garageband or Ableton Live.

If your DAW does not support 32-bit floating point, you can try using an audio converter to convert the file to a format with a smaller bit depth or try recording the analog output of the Ditto Looper X2 using a recording interface.
