Setting up a Control|24 with a 002/002R on a Creation Station.
On the Creation Station Tower LE, Tower Plus, Rack, and Pro models, the setup will follow the printed instructions. The instructions are outlined in Knowledgebase article #30564. On the Creation Station Dual-Core machines, there is a known compatibility issue on one of the two ethernet ports. To get around this issue:
1. Make sure you connect the Control|24 to the ethernet port CLOSEST to the Video card.
2. Go to Start > Control Panel > Network Connection, locate the two Local Area Connections. One will be an Intel NIC port, and the other will be a Marvel Yukon port.
3. Right-click on the Marvel Yukon connection and choose “Disable.”
4. Install the Control|24 on the Intel NIC port.
