My Avid Artist Series (Euphonix) controller isn’t working!
If you’re experience problems with your Avid Artist Mix, Artist Control, Artist Color, or Artist Transport, make sure you have the latest version of EuControl installed.
You can find the latest EuControl version here. EuControl software also includes the firmware for your Artist Series controller. EUCON 3 is required to use Artist Series controllers with Pro Tools® 11, and is backwards-compatible with all supporting EUCON applications except Final Cut Pro and Soundtrack Pro
