My Alesis DM10 drum module will not save my settings after I change them.
By default, the DM10 comes with a Write Protection feature that is turned on. This prevents any settings from being overwritten. To save any settings you change, you need to turn off Write Protection first, then save them. Afterwards, you can turn Write Protection back on to make sure your new settings do not get overwritten.
To learn how to turn off write protection and save your settings, see this article.
