How do I authorize my Synthogy software using an iLok?
To authorize your Synthogy software with an iLok, follow the steps below.
- First, you’ll need an iLok account. If you don’t already have one, you can create one at www.ilok.com.
- Once you have an iLok account, make sure you download and install the iLok License Manager from www.ilok.com/ilm.
- Next, you need to register your product with Synthogy. You can do that here.
- Once you’ve registered with Synthogy, a license will be deposited in your iLok account. Launch the iLok License Manager and sign in to your account.
- Plug your iLok key into your computer. You should see it show up in the License Manager.
- Click the “Available” tab at the top of the License Manager to reveal your new license.
- Simply drag the license to your iLok and wait for the process to complete before quitting the License Manager or removing your iLok.
- That’s it!
