I’m having problems recording to a new SD or SDHC card on my Zoom H1.
When a new SC or SDHC card is first inserted into the Zoom H1, you will normally be prompted to format the card. You should always allow a new card to be formatted.
If you still have problems working with a recordable card, try reformatting it. To do this, insert the problematic card into the H1, the hold the delete button while powering on the H1. (You will be prompted to format the card.)
Warning: Formatting an SD or SDHC will erase everything on the card. If you have important data on the card, back it up first!
