Real-time MIDI control via 8 assignable sliders and knobs,
space-saving 49 keys and powered by the USB bus. Sound
interesting? The Radium 49 covers the middle ground
between the amazingly popular Oxygen 8 and the relatively
new Radium. In fact, other than the key count (61 on the
Radium) and therefore size, the Radium 49 is identical to its
larger sibling. All three are designed to give the musician
more control over software synthesizers, samplers and DAW
applications. All 8 knobs and sliders can be used to control
everything from LFOs and EQs to volume and pan.
Songwriters and producers can enter drum patterns from the
keyboard for example, and use the controllers to adjust the
dynamic, feel and effects. Weighing in at a mere 6 pounds,
Radium 49 is a perfect compliment to any mobile or studio
gig.
