You’ve got a perfectly good spring reverb in your guitar amp, why not put it to work on your studio tracks? Well, now you can! Radial Engineering has announced the TankDriver, a 500-series module that interfaces the spring reverb tank in your amp with your mixer or DAW interface. The TankDriver features a wet/dry mix, a shimmer control, and a boom control for extra bottom end. A drive switch adjusts the output for older or newer tanks. All that’s needed is a set of 1/4-inch to RCA patch cables to connect the TankDriver to your amp’s reverb.
