M-Audio just sent us their Delta R-Bus, an 8-channel PCI interface which provides a whole mess of interface options for anyone working with a computer and R-BUS-compatible devices. Beyond the 8 channel digital I/O, the Delta R-Bus also provides S/PDIF I/O for digital transfers and mastering, analog ins and outs for recording and monitoring, digital mixing, and control over SCMS.
As most of you probably know, Digidesign is coming out with a whole new range of DAW hardware that, among other things, allows you to record at sample rates as high as 192 kHz. Our Digidesign road show will be in the Detroit area February 12 to give you a first hand look at all the great new stuff. If you’ll be in the area come check it out.
