Waves has announced the release of Waves V6 Update 1, which includes the release of the MV2 Dynamics Processor and MV360 Surround Dynamics Processor. Enhancements in the Waves V6 Update 1 include:
- The MV2 Dynamics Processor is added to selected bundles. It is available at no additional charge to users of Gold, Broadcast and Production, Platinum, Diamond, and Mercury covered by the Waves Update Plan.
- The MV360 Surround Dynamics Processor is added to selected bundles: MV360 is available at no additional charge to users of Mercury and 360 Surround Tools covered by the Waves Update Plan.
- There have been bug fixes for the SSL G-EQ, E-Channel, and G-Channel, as well as the JJP PuigChild 660/670.
