This is the best sounding compressor I have ever used. For vocals this is a must have.
Gets The Job Done While Sounding Great
I am generally more of a purist ("the hard way") when in regards to mixing and recording techniques, but I by no means let any pride get in the way of something that truly sounds great. I often use RVox during tracking or as one of the first compressors in my chain, and I always get a result that is transparent and musical, and there's the added bonus of this plugin being completely fool-proof. At the end of the day, if it sounds good, then it IS good. Outside of the compression, I have also used this plugin for light gating, which is further enhanced by the simplicity of the plugin. In total, this plugin is super easy and quick to use, and it will pull through every single time.
