When trying to install my East West software, I’m having trouble with one or more of the discs.
If one or more of your East West installation discs are damaged or your computer is having trouble reading them, you may be able to install the library via the East West Installation Center.
You can download the East West Installation Center here. The following products are NOT currently available for download from the IC:
- EWQLSO Platinum and Platinum Plus
- Hollywood Strings Diamond
- Hollywood Brass Diamond
- Hollywood Woodwinds Diamond
- QL Pianos Platinum
If you own one of the products listed above and you are experiencing issues with your discs or hard drive, you will need to get replacements from East West. Contact us here and we will assist you with this process!
