When trying to authorize my copy of Reason 8, I get the error “There’s a problem with the computer. cm:254” on my Mac.
This happens when the Codemeter software for the Reason Ignition key is not correctly installed. To fix this, move the Codemeter application from your Applications folder to the trash, then launch Reason again. Reason will automatically install the latest version of Codemeter and you should be able to successfully authorize from there.
