What does Error LED on mean on my Tascam DA-88? How do I find out how many head errors there are?
Press FF-STOP-PLAY at the same time while you power the unit on.
Press STOP again, the display should say “test.”
Press REMOTE. Meters 1 & 2 will now indicate head errors during PLAY mode.
