Please read all ilok database entries carefully and be sure that you have not come across a frequently asked question that has an answer on the site. If your issue is not covered, please read the iLok RMA policy and send in a RMA form so that Pace can work to assist you. PACE will not accept any direct email or phone calls pertaining to an iLok RMA other than the RMA form.
