The Zen Studio Control Panel will not open on my computer.
Please make sure your computer is online for at least the first time you launch the control panel for the Zen Studio. There is an activation process that you must complete before you can use the Zen Studio with the control panel. Once you complete the activation process, you should be able to open the control panel with your computer offline.
