Roland XP-50 Playing back Standard Midi Files (SMF)
The XP-50 contains a GM sound bank. This bank must be enabled before a
Standard Midi File can play back properly. Use the following procedure to
access the GM sound bank for SMF playback:
1) Hold SHIFT and press PERFORM/GM.
2) Press SEQUENCER.
3) Use the CURSOR buttons to select OO: Internal Song.
4) Use the VALUE dial to select a file.
5) Press PLAY.
