Roland Cube-20X Using the Tuner on the CUBE Amplifiers

Many of the CUBE amplifiers have a built-in tuner for tuning your guitar or instrument. Here’s how to use the tuner.

Manual Tuning

1. Press TUNER.

2. Turn the amp TYPE knob to select the string you’d like to tune.

3. Play an open string repeatedly and tune the string until the green indicator lights. If the left-side red indicator lights up, the string is flat. If the right-side indicator lights, the string is sharp.

4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to tune the remaining strings.

5. Press TUNER when you’re finished.

Chromatic Tuning

1. Press and hold the TUNER button until it flashes.

2. Play one of the strings repeatedly and tune the string until the green indicator lights. If the left-side red indicator lights up, the string is flat. If the right-side indicator lights, the string is sharp.

3. Repeat Steps 1 and 2 to tune the remaining strings.

4. Press TUNER when you’re finished.
