I would like to remove un-used audio date from the samples I’ve loaded in order to save sample memory. Is it possible to edit the start and end of a sample loaded into Kontakt?

At this time, Kontakt does not offer any “destructive” editing capabilities to samples loaded into a keymap. You will need to use an external audio editor to truncate your samples before loading them into Kontakt. Programs like Spark, Peak, Wavelab, and other 2-track audio editors can provide you with this functionality. Whether this and other “destructive” audio editing functions will be implemented in the future, is still to be determined.
