My ProjectSAM True Strike/True Strike 2 libraries will no longer load in Kontakt!
If you’ve recently installed the newest version of Kontakt, either alone or with Komplete 9, you may experience an issue where your True Strike or True Strike 2 libraries from ProjectSAM are no longer accessible. This is because the new version of Kontakt needs a NICNT file which is not something it needed in the past.
ProjectSAM is currently working on a fix for this with Native Instruments. However, for the time being, ProjectSAM has provided the NICNT files for True Strike and True Strike 2. To get them, log into your ProjectSAM account and download them from your My Products page.
Once you download the the NICNT files, you can add them to the respective library folder for True Strike or True Strike 2.
