How do I recover my lost password to my iLok?
If you have forgotten your iLok password then please fill out and submit the iLok RMA form found at :
http://www.ilok.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/iLokSupport.woa/wa/RMAForm.
After PACE has received the RMA form, we will issue an RMA number and email you with the mailing info, charge estimate ($10.00 + shipping charge), and other data needed to start the process. We may require ownership verification for the iLok and 3rd party developers authorizations.
PACE will reset the password and disable any request for a password, test the iLok for any other issues, and return it to you quickly.
