I have received my authorization code from my registration at IK Multimedia but Sampletank/Amplitube/T-racks but it says it will only work in demo mode.
This could be many things. First always make sure that you entered the correct numbers. We recommend using the Copy & Paste function to make sure that typos are not to blame. If all the numbers are correct you can search your computer for the file (Sampletank Settings.txt), (Amplitube Prefrences) & (T-racks Preferences). Now DELETE this file now relaunch your program and see if the numbers are accepted.
You can also log into the user area to check all the numbers go to https://www.ikstore.com/Login/IKLogin.cgi ,log in then go to option 1. This will display your Serial #, Digital ID & Registration code. If your Digital ID is different from the one you now see in Sampletank you will have to enter it again to produce another Registration code. Anytime the Digital ID changes on your system the codes you registration code will not work.
Make sure the DIGITAL ID has NOT changed, if so you need to log into the user area and choose the First Option: Request New Auth Code. Here you can find the serial # of the product and enter your new Digital ID here.
