I receive a 1309 installation error when installing my downloaded Toontrack software on Windows.

This is a common message and only means that you must unzip the downloaded file before installing it.
To do this, right click on your downloaded .zip file and choose “Extract all”. Click “next” to get through the wizard. When the new window opens, run the setup program and it should now install without errors.
