Pulsar Audio Software Activation Instructions
In this guide, we will show you how to activate, download, and install your new Pulsar Audio software. Follow the sections below to get started.
Create an iLok account
Pulsar Audio software is licensed with an iLok. To use it, you will need to connect its iLok license to your computer via an iLok USB dongle. If you don’t already have an iLok account, you’ll need to create one and install the iLok License Manager app. Follow the steps below to get started. If you already have an account, pass these steps, and continue to Register with Plugivery. Check out our iLok Quickstart Guide for more information.
- Visit iLok’s registration page and complete the registration form.
- Please take note of your User ID and password, as they are case-sensitive.
- Open the iLok Account Activation email and click on the verification link.
- Download and install iLok License Manager.
- Launch the iLok License Manager app and sign in to your account.
- (Optional) Connect an iLok and when prompted, click Yes to register the dongle to your account

Register with Plugivery
IMPORTANT: You will only use the Sweetwater redemption code during this step in the activation process. Plugivery will provide a separate, unique iLok code AFTER completing this step.
Once the iLok account has been created, the next step is to register the redemption code you received from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer. Once you redeem the code, Plugivery will auto-generate an iLok code that you will use to activate the plug-in. Remember, this is the only time you will use Sweetwater’s redemption code!
- Sign in to your Plugivery Manager account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one here.
- Go to the Plugivery software redemption page, then copy and paste the redemption code you received from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer.
- Fill out the necessary information, then click Proceed to complete the registration process.
- Plugivery will send you an email with the iLok code necessary to activate the software. If you didn’t receive the email, be sure to check your spam folder!

Activate the iLok code
Once Plugivery emails you the newly created iLok code, the next step in the process is to activate it within iLok License Manager. The code can be activated to either your iLok key, computer, or the iLok Cloud.
- Launch iLok License Manager, then sign in to the iLok License Manager.
- If you’re activating the plug-in using an iLok USB dongle, connect it to your computer at this time.
- Navigate to Licenses, then click Redeem Activation Code.
- Alternatively, click the ..i located to the right of the search bar.
- Copy and paste the activation code Plugivery sent, then click Next.
- You can get your code from the License section of your Plugivery account at any time.
- Locate the Pulsar Audio plug-in and drag and drop the new license to the computer icon, iLok USB dongle icon, or the iLok Cloud icon.
Download and install the plug-in
After you’ve completed the registration and activation process, the last step is to download it from the Pulsar Audio website. Downloading and installing the plug-in is straightforward so follow these steps to complete the activation process!
- Go to the Pulsar Audio product page, search for your plug-in, and click LEARN MORE.
- Click the Download tab, then select the installer for your OS.
- Navigate to your Downloads folder, launch the installer, then follow the installation instructions.
- Take note of the folder path where the plug-in is installed, as you’ll need to make sure it’s scanned when launching your DAW.
- Launch your DAW, create an audio track, and insert the plug-in into an effects slot.

If you do not, interest will be charged on the promo balance from the purchase date. The required minimum monthly payments may or may not pay off the promo balance before the end of the promo period, depending on purchase amount, promo length and payment allocation. The estimated required monthly payment shown which excludes taxes and delivery equals the amount financed divided by the number of months in the promo period, rounded up to the next cent. During the last month(s) of the promo period the required monthly payment may be reduced due to this rounding. These payments apply only with the financing offer shown. If you make these payments by the due date each month, you should pay off this amount financed within the promo period, if it is the only balance you are paying off. If you have other balances on your account, this payment will be added to any other minimum monthly payments.
