Oops! I damaged part of my Sennheiser HDR, but I can still hear audio. Can I order replacement parts and attempt to fix it myself?
The only user replaceable parts are the cushions and Accupacks. Attempting to service other parts without the proper tools may result in further damage to the HDR- possibly rendering it totally inoperable. You must obtain an RA# then return your HDR headphone to Sennheiser Service. If it is determined by us to be within warranty, your credit card will not be charged.
