On Avid’s website, when trying to activate Pro Tools using Internet Explorer, there is no submit button!
Internet Explorer by default blocks non-secure content on a secured web page such as your Avid account. To enable this follow these steps.
Disable display mixed content follow the steps below:
a. Open Internet Explorer.
b. Click on Gear icon in the upper right hand corner, then select internet options.
c. Click the “Security” tab.
d. Click on “Custom level”.
e. In the Settings area, scroll down to the “Miscellaneous” section.
f. Under display mixed content click on “Enable”.
g. Click Ok.
