I’m not hearing anything from the scrub tool in Cubase4, why?
The Control Room function needs to be on but in one case this was resolved by toggling the Control Room on/off/on. Then reopening Cubase.
You can find the Control Rool function by going to:
Devices > VST Connections > Studio*
*Note* that you may have to increase the size of the VST Connections window in order to see the Studio tab which is the farthest on the right.
The Control Room is Disabled when it is colored and solid grey when on.
