My Chauvet or American DJ light is DOA.
Before deeming your Chauvet or American DJ light DOA, please makes sure it is not set to a DMX mode. If it is in a DMX mode, it will only light up when it receives a DMX message. If you do not have a DMX controller, you will need to change it to some other mode.
Please refer to the manual for you light to learn how to change modes.
