Kilohearts Software Activation Instructions
In this guide, we will show you how to download, install, and activate Kilohearts software for the first time. Follow the sections below to get started.
Redeem the plug-in
The first step in the process is to log in to your Kilohearts account and redeem the plug-in with the code you received from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer.
- Log in to your account on Kilohearts’ home page. If you don’t have an account, then create one at this time.
- If you just created an account, then check your email for account verification.
- Go to the redemption page, enter your email address, and copy and paste the redemption code you received from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer.
- Once redeemed, Kilohearts will send you an email that includes an offline installer download link and a copy of all of the licenses you activated.
The offline installer is quite large, so depending on your internet connection, it may take a while to download.

Download and install
Once the plug-in has been redeemed, the last step is to download and install your Kilohearts plug-ins.
IMPORTANT: kHs ONE is not available in the VST3 plug-in format, so you will need to select VST2 or AAX during the installation process so it will show up in your DAW. Check out our article about plug-in format compatibility for more information.
- Go to your Kilohearts account page, click Download, and select the Kilohearts Installer for your OS.
- Launch the installer, select which plug-in format(s) you’d like to install, and enter your email address.
- Open the session verification email they sent and click the verification link.
- Go back to the Kilohearts Installer, click the plug-in(s) you want to install, then lastly, click the green Install button.
- After the installation is finished, launch your DAW, add your plug-in(s) to a track, and enjoy!

The estimated required monthly payment shown which excludes taxes and delivery equals the amount financed divided by the number of months in the promo period, rounded up to the next cent. During the last month(s) of the promo period the required monthly payment may be reduced due to this rounding. These payments apply only with the financing offer shown. If you make these payments by the due date each month, you should pay off this amount financed within the promo period, if it is the only balance you are paying off. If you have other balances on your account, this payment will be added to any other minimum monthly payments.
