How do I find my system ID for Pro Tools?
In this guide, we will show you how to find your system ID for Pro Tools. Your system ID is required when submitting a support ticket to Avid. The System ID for your Pro Tools software/system will be displayed in your Avid Account.
- Sign In to my.avid.com/account
- Click on My Products and Subscriptions
- Click on the Pro Tools product such as Pro Tools | Annual Subscription. Your system ID will be located in the dropdown box.
