“An error occurred during DDP tape writing” in MasterList CD.
This dialog will probably be accompanied by a hex Sense Code, which is an error passed from the CDR mechanism to MasterList CD. It indicates a media problem or deeper mechanical issue. If this code is reported by MasterList CD, contact Grey Matter Response (GMR) and/or the 8mm Tape Drive manufacturer.
