Eleven rack is constantly monitoring in Pro Tools 11!

Avid is aware of this problem and will be addressing it in an upcoming release.
For now, you can set Pro Tools to Low Latency Monitoring under the Options menu. This should mute the signal while Pro Tools is rolling in record mode so that you do not hear the monitored signal twice, which may help as a workaround.
