i downloaded the kontakt 1.2 update installer and the DFD installer onto my OSX desktop. my OSX is on a separate hard drive partition from my OS 9.2. then i dragged them onto my MAC HD drive which contains my OS 9.2 and i opened the 1.2 update into my KONTAKT folder and i opened the DFD installer into my system folder as instructed. when i click on the KONTAKT options window i do not get the DFD option. the update log says it was installed. have i installed it properly? do i need to download them directly to my OS 9.2 desktop? or is there something else i have overlooked?
We would recommend that you download and install them under OS 9. The downloads are actually installers, and once you download them you should double-click on each one to actually run the install. Update Kontakt first and then run the DFD updater.
