When I create a new session using the I/O Settings Selector in Pro Tools 9 my Outputs are assigned incorrectly.
This can happen if HD Omni has an assigned Monitor Path.
If HD OMNI has an assigned Monitor path, Output paths created by the selected I/O Settings option in the New Session dialog
may be offset by the channel width of the Monitor path. If this happens, you will have to manually create the appropriate
Output paths in the I/O Setup (or click Default).
