How do I change my account name or user ID on iLok.com?
To change your account name, log into iLok.com and click on the “Profile” submenu. This will bring you to a page where you can edit your personal information.
Note that you cannot change your user ID. If for some reason you need to change your user ID, you must start a support incident with ilok.com explaining what you need to do. You will be charged a fee for the support incident.
