Why can’t I download or run the iLok client installer?
If your browser is correctly configured and you have a reliable connection to the Internet, you should be able to download and install the iLok.com client software. If you cannot download the software, or if after downloading the installer does not launch, please contact the browser software manufacturer or your Internet Service Provider.
Apple’s Safari browser is not yet supported.
