Getting Started
To activate your new Canon Add-On Application, follow the instructions and videos below.
Activation Instructions
- Download and install the latest firmware for your camera.
- Download the Auto Tracking or Auto Loop application package for your operating system (Windows / Macintosh).
- If on Windows, unzip the .zip file. If on Macintosh, open the .dmg file.
- Follow the instructions in the License Activation Tool user manual located in the .zip or .dmg file.
- Refer to Entitlement ID(s) (EID) in the Software Activation Instructions email sent by Sweetwater.

- CR-N700 Latest firmware, Auto Tracking and/or Auto Loop Application
- CR-N500 Latest firmware, Auto Tracking and/or Auto Loop Application
