Alesis Command Factory Reset Guide
How to perform a factory reset on an Alesis Command module
This guide will show you how to return the Command’s module back to its factory settings. Follow the instructions below to get started.
- Press Kit, then press Menu to enter the Kit menu.
- Use the Up and Down buttons to navigate to Factory Reset, then press Enter.
- Use the Up and Down buttons and select what settings you want to return to their defaults:
- Kit (user kits only)
- Song (user songs only)
- Voices (user voices only)
- Trigger settings (all trigger settings)
- All (Every setting mentioned above)
- Press Enter when you see “All data will be lost! Enter or Exit?”.
- Wait a few moments for the factory reset to complete. Once the display reads Reset OK!, press Exit to return to the previous page.
