If you’ve looked at the GearFest ’08 Workshop Schedule, you know that Seymour Duncan is scheduled to make a presentation at 2:00 PM in the Conference Hall on guitar pickups. Certainly, few could argue that anyone knows more about pickups than Seymour Duncan! There are tons of after-market Duncan pickups installed in guitars and basses all over the planet. Duncan pickups are also standard equipment on certain guitar models from the biggest names in the industry, so you won’t want to miss his presentation. But Seymour isn’t coming to GearFest just to talk! In fact, he and Johnny Hiland are planning on jamming together at the event, along with many other friends. If you haven’t heard Johnny play, you’ll be blown away by his mastery of so many musical genres, from blues to country to metal and beyond. We can’t wait to hear these two masterful players trading licks! What’s more, all of the Seymour Duncan pedals sold during GearFest ’08 will be signed by Seymour himself.
