Generation 2 Scarlett USB audio interfaces offer Focusrite’s fastest USB performance ever: roundtrip latency as low as 2.74ms. Awesome touches abound, such as new metal gain controls and a sleek new metal chassis — still in Scarlett red, of course! The updated mic preamp offers more even gain structure and the redesigned direct instrument input offers improved headroom. Both inputs and outputs are covered with analog protection, and maximum sample rate has been upped to 192kHz.
Generation 2 Scarlett USB audio interfaces will ship with Avid Pro Tools First, and will be bundled with 12 bonus plug-ins, including Eleven Lite guitar amp emulation and Tape Echo.
